Helix BioSearch is committed to building long-term partnerships, underpinned by Will’s consultative, market-informed, and relationship-driven approach to recruitment.
Will is a specialist Biotech recruiter with more than 10 years of experience partnering with pharmaceutical and biotech organizations across North America and internationally. Throughout his career, Will has supported the growth of innovative companies ranging from Venture-backed Stealth modes to established Biotechs, helping them identify, attract and secure exceptional talent across critical scientific and technical functions.
WIll’s expertise covers preclinical development, technical development and early clinical development with a particular focus on companies working with cutting edge therapeutic approaches. With a Masters in Genetics Will has a deep understanding and personal interest in the life sciences landscape, and an impressive industry network, Will has helped organizations navigate complex hiring challenges in highly competitive markets and is equally passionate about connecting exceptional talent with organizations developing the next generation of therapies and scientific innovations.
